Earthquake Cake

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup coconut
- 18 1/4 ounces german chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan.
- 2 beginning with pecans, sprinkle pecans and coconut on bottom of pan.
- 3 mix cake according to package directions; pour into pan.
- 4 mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
- 5 drop by spoonfuls onto cake.
- 6 bake at 350 for approx 50 minutes.
- 7 cake will crack open when done.
