- 8 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup light rum
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- ice
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except for ice in a blender.
- 2 pulse until well blended.
- 3 add ice cubes until you reach the desired consistency.
