Crabmeat & Coconut Soup

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons thai curry paste
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 1/2 cups fish stock
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 8 ounces fresh lump crabmeat
  • 8 ounces shrimp
  • 8 ounces oysters
  • 8 ounces scallops
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 3 stalks green onions, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 heat olive oil medium hi.
  • 2 add thai curry paste and red bell pepper. cook for 10 minutes stirring frequently.
