Ingredients
- 1 (13 ounce) can coconut milk
- 1/3 cup palm sugar
- 1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine coconut milk, palm sugar and ginger in saucepan.
- 2 bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- 3 remove from heat.
- 4 add chocolate and whisk until mixutre is melted and smooth.
