Chocolate Ginger Ganache

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (13 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup palm sugar
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 combine coconut milk, palm sugar and ginger in saucepan.
  • 2 bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  • 3 remove from heat.
  • 4 add chocolate and whisk until mixutre is melted and smooth.
