Chocolate Fudge Slice

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1/2 cup skim milk powder
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 180degrees celsius.
  • 2 cream butter and sugar.
  • 3 add egg and beat well.
  • 4 add sifted dry ingredients, nuts and coconut.
  • 5 stir till combined.
  • 6 press into 20cm x 30cm sponge roll tin.
  • 7 bake 180 degress c for 25 - 30 minutes.
  • 8 cool, then ice with chocolate icing.
