Chocolate Fudge Slice

Ingredients
- 150 g butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1/2 cup skim milk powder
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 cup coconut
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180degrees celsius.
- 2 cream butter and sugar.
- 3 add egg and beat well.
- 4 add sifted dry ingredients, nuts and coconut.
- 5 stir till combined.
- 6 press into 20cm x 30cm sponge roll tin.
- 7 bake 180 degress c for 25 - 30 minutes.
- 8 cool, then ice with chocolate icing.
