- 2 medium breadfruit
- 2 pints coconut oil
Recipe
- 1 wash and peel the breadfruit.
- 2 slice as thinly as possible.
- 3 heat the oil in a deep, heavy pan.
- 4 add the breadfuit slices, a few at a time, and cook until golden.
- 5 remove from oil, and drain excess oil on paper towels.
- 6 sprinkle lightly with salt, then serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
