Breadfruit Chips

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 medium breadfruit
  • 2 pints coconut oil

Recipe

  • 1 wash and peel the breadfruit.
  • 2 slice as thinly as possible.
  • 3 heat the oil in a deep, heavy pan.
  • 4 add the breadfuit slices, a few at a time, and cook until golden.
  • 5 remove from oil, and drain excess oil on paper towels.
  • 6 sprinkle lightly with salt, then serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
