Marvelous Maple Walnut Granola

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 18
  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground saigon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2/3 cup pure maple syrup (or less)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple extract

Recipe

  • 1 combine dry ingredients in large baking dish.
  • 2 add wet ingredients and stir until completely combined.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
