Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 3 drops vanilla
- 90 g berries (optional)
Recipe
- 1 whisk together milk and eggs in a saucepan.
- 2 put heat on medium and stir in the coconut flour into the egg mixture.
- 3 stir until the porridge thickens.
- 4 season with salt and cinnamon and vanilla.
- 5 serve with berries (optional).
