Healthy Dried Fruit Sprinkles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut (if you can't find unsweetened, sweetened works well too)
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (such as raisins or dates)

Recipe

  • 1 place almonds and coconut in food processor and grind until very fine. add dried fruit and process until finely chopped. keep in a covered container or zip lock bag in fridge.
  • 2 use in place of sugar over hot or cold cereal.
