Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons mountain high yogurt (not greek)
- coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
Recipe
- 1 put around 4 big table spoons of yogurt in the blender. then add 1 cup of the frozen berries. add coconut milk as needed.
- 2 the less coconut milk you put in, the thinner your drink will be. if you would rather eat it with a spoon, put in less coconut milk;.
