German Chocolate Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 9 inch pie shell, unbaked
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 combine sugar, cornstarch, flour, cocoa and salt.
- 3 add eggs, butter and milk; then coconut and vanilla.
- 4 pour into pastry shell and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- 5 top will be crusty and firm.
