Isle Of Berries Smoothie(micronesia)

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups kale (leaves only)
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or mix fresh coconut flesh with water to make 1 cup)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 strawberries
  • honey (or agave syrup)
  • 1/4 cup papaya, chunks

Recipe

  • 1 blend first 3 items until smooth, then add the rest.
  • 2 add more water and honey for desired consistency and sweetness.
