Easy Coconut Drops

Ingredients

  • 1 (7 ounce) bag sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

Recipe
