- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunk
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup ice cube
- 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
- pineapple chunk (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 in a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana, ice and, if desired, honey.
- 2 puree until smooth.
- 3 pour into 2 large glasses.
- 4 garnish each serving with a small wedge of pineapple.
