Ingredients
- 6 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup protein powder (natural flavor)
Recipe
- 1 mix all of the above ingredients. divide equally into 2 9 x 13" pans. pre-heat oven to 250. bake for 1 hour. stir every 15 minutes. store in covered container.
