- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups rice krispies
- 2 cups grated coconut
Recipe
- 1 combine butter, dates, and brown sugar in saucepan.
- 2 heat and stir until mushy.
- 3 remove from heat and stir in vanilla and rice krispies.
- 4 roll into small balls and cover in coconut.
