Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs, coconut flour, and salt together in a bowl. add a little baking powder if you like fluffier pancakes.
- 2 melt 1/2 t butter (or coconut oil) over medium heat.
- 3 pour in 1/2 of batter, cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook 1 minute.
