Chocolate Truffles

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 7 tablespoons sifted powdered sugar
  • ground hazelnuts
  • pecans
  • toasted coconut
  • cinnamon
  • flavored cocoa

Recipe

  • 1 chop chocolate; melt with butter over low heat; add cream. gradually stir in sugar until lump free.
  • 2 cover and refridge 12-24 hours. make individual balls by rolling them between palms of hands. roll balls in any of the nuts, cocoa or any of the other topping type ingredients listed. refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
