Banana Coconut Rolls

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 4 ripe bananas, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 pint sour cream (can use light version)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • toasted coconut

Recipe

  • 1 mix sour cream with lemon juice and honey. coat banana cubes with sour cream mixture; roll bananas in toasted coconut. serve on toothpicks or bamboo skewers.
