- 4 ripe bananas, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 pint sour cream (can use light version)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- toasted coconut
Recipe
- 1 mix sour cream with lemon juice and honey. coat banana cubes with sour cream mixture; roll bananas in toasted coconut. serve on toothpicks or bamboo skewers.
