Curried Chutney Balls

Ingredients

- 4 ounces shredded coconut
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon mango chutney, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350. spread coconut on a jelly roll pan and bake, stirring frequently until lightly toasted, about 7 minutes. let cool.
- 2 in a small bowl, combine cream cheese, chutney and curry powder. blend well.
- 3 pinch off about 1 teaspoon cheese mixture at a time and form 24 balls. just before serving, roll in toasted coconut.
