Liqueur Coconut Logs

Ingredients

• 1 cup chocolate
• 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
• 1 teaspoon rum liqueur or 1 teaspoon rum
• 2 tablespoons coconut

Recipe

• 1 melt chocolate, consdensed milk, and vanilla essence in a saucepan over a low heat.
• 2 remove from heat, then stir in coconut and liqueur or rum. leave to cool and then shape into logs.
• 3 roll logs on a tray in coconut. chill until required.
