Coconut Snow Fudge

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 64
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 8 ounces chocolate, chopped (or can use 8 ounces chocolate baking chips)
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla ( vanilla preferably)

Recipe

  • 1 place sugar, cream and butter into a heavy 3-quart saucepan; cook over medium heat to 238 degrees f stirring occasionally; remove from heat, allow mixture to stand (without stirring) for 10 minutes.
  • 2 add in chopped chocolate, mix until completely melted.
  • 3 quickly stir in coconut, pecans and vanilla.
  • 4 pour mixture into a buttered 8-inch square pan.
  • 5 cool, then cut into squares.
